Enter your Qatar phone number and we'll send a 6-digit code over WhatsApp to verify it — there's no separate password to set. The same flow handles both new and returning users. You'll then be asked to confirm your name, date of birth, and gender, and to set a location (either your current location or a preferred area) and at least one sport, so we can show you relevant games nearby.

Some games set an age range or are restricted to a specific gender, and we check your profile against those settings when you try to book. This is also why changing your date of birth or gender after signup requires a quick identity-verified request rather than a simple edit — it's an anti-fraud measure, not extra friction for its own sake.

Yes — add them as a dependent under 16 in Parent Mode, and you can book games on their behalf using your own account. They don't need their own login. Other players and the host will see your child's name on the roster, not yours.

Yes, up to two guests per game. Enter their name, phone number, and gender when you book — by doing so you're confirming you have their permission for us to contact them about the booking over WhatsApp. If they later sign up with the same phone number, their booking history carries over to their new account automatically.

Browse What's On or search by sport/venue, open a game that fits, and tap Book Now. If the game supports it, you may be asked to pick a team, side, or pace group before your booking is confirmed.

A private game simply isn't shown in Discover or Search — it's unlisted, not invite-only. Anyone with a direct link to it can still view and book it, as long as they meet any age, gender, or skill-level restrictions the host has set. The one exception is a game posted inside a Community group, which really is restricted to that group's members.

You'll be notified the moment a confirmed spot opens up, in the order you joined the waitlist. You then have a limited window to claim it before it's offered to the next person in line, so keep an eye on notifications if you're waitlisted for something you really want.

Your booking includes a QR code (also viewable as a text code) in My Schedule. The host scans it, or looks you up by name, when you arrive.

Yes, once the game's scheduled end time has passed and you attended as a confirmed (non-host) participant. You can rate the game overall, the host, and the venue, plus leave a comment — this feeds the host's public rating shown on their future games.

Yes. Each game shows its own cancellation window at booking time — cancel before that window and you get a full refund to your wallet; cancel after it and no refund is issued. Open the game from My Schedule and choose Cancel Booking.

Every confirmed player is refunded in full, no matter how close to the game it happens.

If a game never reaches its minimum number of players in time, it's automatically cancelled and everyone is refunded in full. If it had already reached its minimum and then dipped below it (say, a late cancellation), the host gets a short window to decide whether to proceed anyway or cancel — you'll be notified either way, and refunded if it's cancelled.

A no-show (not attending, without cancelling) is not eligible for a refund.

Open Wallet and choose Top Up. You can pay by card through SADAD's secure checkout, or by bank transfer through Fawran (you'll transfer the funds yourself and upload a screenshot as proof, which we verify before crediting your wallet). The minimum top-up is QAR 50.

SADAD (card payments via a hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card details) and Fawran (Qatar's instant bank-transfer service). Both are supported side by side; use whichever is more convenient.

For standard paid games, a small platform commission is added to the host's listed price when you book — this is what keeps the platform running. For cash games (where you pay the host directly at the venue), no fee is added to the price you see, because the host covers the platform's commission separately.

You can withdraw earnings from hosting games, to a bank account or a verified Fawran alias. Top-ups, refunds, and promotional credits aren't eligible for withdrawal — only money you've actually earned by hosting. The minimum withdrawal is QAR 50.

No, wallet funds don't expire.

Yes — any user can create a free or paid game and is automatically booked into their own game as a player. Hosting recurring series, saving templates, running cash games, creating Community groups, and hosting programs are reserved for verified organisers.

Submit a short application from your profile: a description of your organising experience, the sport(s) you want to host, an optional portfolio link, and a photo of a government ID. Our team reviews it manually — there's no fee to apply.

A game where players pay the host directly at the venue instead of through the app. The host pays the platform's commission upfront when creating the game, refunded in full if the game is auto-cancelled for not reaching its minimum players.

An optional monthly subscription for verified organisers that waives the upfront commission on cash games for as long as it's active. It doesn't change pricing on standard paid games.

Yes — the Organiser Hub shows your earnings, fill rate, completed vs. cancelled games, your host rating, and a per-sport breakdown.

A persistent group of players — think 'West Bay Padel Regulars' — with its own chat, membership, and ability to share games with each other. It's different from picking a team within a single game. Creating a new group is currently limited to verified organisers; anyone can join one.

Tournaments are run by Plus 1 Sports or an approved host. Once registration opens, you can create a team (inviting others, or joining a free-agent pool to be paired up), and the bracket is drawn once registration closes. Entry fees, where applicable, are charged from your wallet and refunded in full if the tournament is cancelled or your team never fills.

Yes, from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your personal profile information, but — because we're required to keep financial records — your past bookings, payments, and wallet transaction history are retained in an anonymised form rather than erased entirely.
